Who I am

Hi, my name is Alyssa and I'm a photographer/blogger/web designer/translator/.... Ok, never mind. In short, I have varied interests. I've always wanted to start a photography website, something that people could draw inspiration from, and this is my attempt #146.  Well this time it looks good, it feels good, and I think I'm on the right track. This website is a place where I solemnly swear to share my photography, ideas, experiences and, hopefully (in the future), my photography techniques as well. All the photos from the site's galleries have been taken and edited by me. I draw my inspiration from the HDR masters such as Trey Ratcliff (THE sensei of post-processing), travel blogs like and Manger, and finally my own wacky vision and a lucky hunch. It's ironic that I want to start a travel photography blog considering that I haven't traveled anywhere for 5 years, a story I will share with you someday, but I believe that, once I begin, I will get out there with my little camera and make amazing photos.
